Foods that seem the healthiest to me are organic foods. Vegetables,
fruits, and grains are healthy. Mostly foods that are not processed.

day one
breakfast: almond croissant with raspberry jam
lunch: sushi
dinner: penne with arura sauce
day two
breakfast: fruit salad
lunch: chicken cheese steak from slacks
dinner: crab cakes and mashed potatoes
day three
breakfast: cereal
lunch: chicken caesar salad
dinner: macaroni and cheese made by my g-mom
I think that people should eat organic foods. They should also eat what is suggested on the food pyramid.
